NSW Speedo Sprint Series Heats

Swimming Metro North West have requested Cherrybrook Carlile supply three timekeepers.
If you would like to volunteer please contact Toni via email or mobile before Wednesday evening (1 February).

Session 1: 8 - 10years
1.00pm - 2.30pm
2.30pm - Finish (approx 4.00pm)

Session 2: 11 - 13years
4.30pm - 6.00pm
6.00pm - Finish

For all our new members timekeeping is very easy and a good place to watch your children swim.

DRYLAND TRAINING: Term 1 Dryland Program will commence the week starting 30 January. Get your applications in, with payment, as soon as possible to avoid missing out (Application letters were given out Saturday 21 January at the meeting).

SQUAD TRAINING:
Thursday 26 January (AUSTRALIA DAY): No training for all squads Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Friday 27 January: All SILVER and GOLD training sessions will be at Oakhill Pool on the Gold Times.

Saturday 28 January: NO SILVER TRAINING, GOLD training as normal at Oakhill Pool.

Monday 30 January: Normal training resumes.

Access to Oakhill pool is only through the back gates until further notice. Whilst the gates are now open as College staff are returning to work CHBC are still advised to use the back gates.

Cherrybrook Carlile will be competing against 7 other selected Clubs in the Area
Ribbons will be awarded to 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd places and a trophy will be awarded to the Club with the Highest points. There will also be a Parent Handicap Relay on the night for a bit of fun!!

Please email your expressions of Interest no later than 7.00pm Friday 27 January.

The Team chosen will be placed on the website on Friday 10 February. All swimmers chosen in the Team are expected to attend the meet and compete.
